Off topic, but Coe has also got a lot to answer for re his outrageous comments on the Sunday Times investigation into blood doping in athletics, which implicates a third of all distance medal winners '01-'12, and shows the IAAF up for not doing their job anything like properly. Instead he calls it an attack on athletics, when he should welcoming it, and supporting all the calls for athletes to publish their data. Apparently one major British athlete is among those listed with 1 in 100,000 to a million blood readings (as in the chances of that reading happening naturally) ....got my suspicions about a particular female athlete.
Anyway, by the way he's carrying on, anyone would think Coe was standing for the presidency of the IAAF in the near future. Oh, hang on a minute...
He's gone down in my estimation big time after that outburst.
