Breakfast. Oats so simple porridge

Lunch. Weight watchers chicken potato and leek soup

Dinner. Weight watchers chilli

Had southern fried chicken strips with chips at Wetherspoons last night.

Pub food isn't usually up to much IMO, but it was beautiful.
