What are your expectations for the next 3 seasons...

Not wanting to be a noors, but I hate threads like these. I remember after the 1st title win somebody posted" how many champion leagues do you think we will win in the next decade" that was 5 years ago, still waiting. Being a Season ticket holder since the mid 70s I'm a bit of a doom and gloom merchant and if we get turned over on sunday I think I will loose the will to live.
I'm doom and gloom as well fella, that's why I only went for two league titles and two domestic cups.

start as we mean to go on, prem title, fa cup, champs final 1st year
prem title,fa cup, league cup, champs final 2nd year

win the fucking lot 3rd year
I can dream carnt i

To challenge for the league, whether we win it or not, until the last fucking kick of the season. Not deciding at some point, usually after a shit winter and a 5+ point gap to the top, that we're not up for it this year, but it's ok because we promise we'll be really really fired up next year.

Actually add that to the list, no more fucking interviews from players. I don't want to hear another word about how you know you have to perform, and you're going to show team A just how good you are, or you were unlucky and on another day may have gotten a result, even though you clearly put in the sum total of fuck all effort. Talking on the pitch only.

Just to watch a side that plays good football and looks like it's bothered.
The silverware will follow. But if for any reason it doesn't, i won't feel let down.
Not like this season.

See a lot of people saying that they'll be satisfied with a good team ethic and playing good football. Sadly can't see that being true at all, if we end up 2nd for 3 years in a row having played nice football but just been edged out, and lost in a couple of domestic Cup finals & made semi's of CL once or twice come the end of the 3 years - I very much doubt people will be satisfied.

Really it has to be good football and trophies come the end of Peps tenure.

Not expecting much first year, just general improvements in personnel & tactics/the football we play. But come the end of the 3 years I feel the OP's targets seem pretty reasonable, 2 Leagues in 3 years would be fantastic, 1/2 domestic cups again great & even a final of CL is further progression; good enough for me.

With the best owners and the best manager, we should be winning things. The extent of the overhaul is being exaggerated IMO.

Title next season
1 additional title
1 FA Cup
1 CL Championship
At least Semis of the CL every year

Year 1 the title just like Leicester no excuses get it done.

11 players that play like a team. It will not be easy for Pep, particularly the first season. A disrupted pre-season with players outgoing/in comings , Euro 16 & a trip to China. Getting his message across to his new squad will be challenging, take time but will be fascinating to watch & be successful.

Not looking forward to more passes to the keeper, but if it means we keep possession & it works in our favour, it's a good thing.

I see Kompany, Zabaleta & YaYa going amongst others. True greats that deserve for their playing performances & achievements to be recognised as such & welcomed in the future.

New players, will come in, new heroes will be made. Evolution not revolution but this summer there will be a large turnover of players and rightly so.

No break in the winter will test Pep. He knows what he is coming into though & will be thorough in his preparation.

Not sure as to how he will take to English media or them of him. Surely as Barca coach it was not easy with the Madrid press.

Be entertained. Be winners.

Win & retain a league title.

Win a Champions League title. Very hard to do. If we do it I suspect it will be season 3.

Less talk about treatment tables & more about incredible individual & team play.

I think Spurs, Chelsea & West Ham will be stronger to name three next season. I'm sure City will be too. Makes it more exciting.

It's a new era, embrace. Believe. Enjoy
