What do you call the end slice of a loaf of bread?

Crust.

I’ve had a genius business idea for years of starting a bread company where the whole loaf is just crusts.

Can’t beat the crust, especially when they say they’ve sliced it means it’s about three times as thick as the other slices in the loaf.

I would pay a premium for a whole loaf of Toastie crusts.
