my mates uncle used to park on platt lane and we would walk throgh all the back allys to the ground.
seeing the floodlights and a steward would let us thrigh from the family stand to the maine stand so we could get autographs at the tunnel..

Going to the Fallowfield before the match for a few scoops and a chip BARM.

Being a spectator in the Kippax.
The atmosphere, crowd surges when we scored and trying to avoid the puddles of piss.
Oh, and it was much quicker getting to the ground then.

The Albert

The old Pen in the Kippax

Abduls Kebab's

Pay at the Gate

Greenbollocks shitly beer

The Parkside

windy corner

The old bogs in the Kippax - not.

The Crush on the way out

Floodlights on a night match, magical.

Trumans for Steel, Fairydrops., Lookers, adverts

score boards that never worked.

Getting the number 11 bus from town and the long forever walk up the concrete step to the kippax (when it was standing) good times x

The orderly queue for the bus back into town rather than the free for all scrum we have now..............sorry,getting on a bit now and it's bloody scary for my 6 year old!
