He could be a disaster and we still wouldn't finish outside of the top four. The side is way too good for that, I honestly think you could put any manager currently in the PL in charge and finish in the top four.

Challenge Accepted

Can anyone imagine us finishing out of the top 4? And if we did what would happen to the gaffer?

so what are you getting bored ? !

If he fails (failing where CL, cups, League??) he could be replaced like what happen in any team on earth. simple

Where did I say a DOF was killing there chances?
I said a manager bellow the DOF in the pecking order and it is interesting that the clubs you state the head coach is on equal footing with the DOF.

And you know at city he's not?

Read Mancini's comments and Soriano's definition of a modern manager. As this moment in time it very much looks like the manager is very much playing second fiddle.

Time will tell as to whether he actually is or not.
I don't know and neither do you and that's for sure.
If he is I think we're fecked.

Reading Mancini's comments tells me nothing other than that he's bitter he was sacked. Regarding the position of a coach/manager and the DoF. Not just as City, at any club, if you want a DoF model you have to have harmony and understanding between the DoF and the coach/manager. This is the same at Bayern, at Dortmund, at Ajax, and at City.

It does amaze me that whilst every football club on earth would kill to have guys like Ferran and Txiki running their business, we have City supporters bitter as fuck and criticising them before they've even had an opportunity to do anything substantial, simply because Mancini got sacked.

Was told by my mate Pellers was on the same flight last night from Malaga to Manchester (about 10pm) a couple of Blues had a chat with him but no info so a no news story.
He went to sit on a row of 3 spare seats but was told to move as they were reserved, no fucker sat on em...Ryanair absolute shite.

Apart from that cant wait to see how Pellers sets out our team and tactics....
