What if we win 'nowt?

Even should every (further)disaster possible strike the club and all those things happen, he would be backed unanimously and totally by the board. Not a shadow of a doubt. The club has undergone a revolution under him. Everyone at City is delighted with him. Those who think otherwise are deluded.

Difficult to know whether we will be stronger next eason or not. Squad wise we will be but perhaps some of the surprise element in terms of how we play, will be lost.

If it wasn't for Mourinho I think Id be more confident about next season.

Whatever happens this season has been fantastic but it will be a crying shame if this team didn't win the league but, because of our injuries, and bloody Jose, I dont think we will.

i would be slightly gutted if this team won nothing this season as the football has been the best i have seen for many years but i bet you that defeat on monday will only make the squad more determined now more than ever to go out and win a few trophy's!

They'll stick with MP, obviously. 5 trophies in 5 seasons doesn't mean you need 1 a year. Incidentally I seem to remember that Ferran and Txixi won't be counting the league cup towards that total.

is that right?

We've won nowt for years, so it won't be a strange feeling, but the league cup would be nice, if we field the strongest 11. I think the league will go all the way to the last fortnight, with us involved obviously. barca may very possibly win over both legs, and pellers should flood the midfield against the rent boys, so we'll march on in the FA cup. Looking rosy all in all. Plus I'll be there to witness it all ;)

You're totally overplaying the Jose angle.

He got lucky at Stamford bridge with a freak goal, and all his Christmases came at once the other night with our injuries. He's a good manager, but not some deity with the Indian sign over our manager. Pellegrini is exactly what this club needs, and the squad is potentially one window away from being the best in Europe. Relax mate. We are going to be challenging for, and winning lots of trophies, for the foreseeable future. They will be rivals, but we have better players, a better owner and are developing a better infrastructure.

We've had four hammer blows in two weeks: the Chelsea cup draw, Aguero's injury, not landing a player in January and now fernandinho's injury. But our luck will change.

Jeez... Glass half empty or what?

If we win nowt this season, I will be disappointed for a day or so and then look forward to next season.

The Board can change whatever they want about the management / staff / players. Life goes on.

Personally, I think that whatever we win or don't win this year, the club will stick with Pelly - The plan is long term, and I suspect will lead to Patrick Viera taking over from Pelly in two or three years.
