Who eats breakfast...?

I'm a real porker and have decided to try and drop 4 stones. I never used to eat breakfast but couldn't go without now. I get up at 6:00 & go swim a minimum of 1k (being a fat twat, and old football injuries, running and such is a no go for me). I have 10 mins apiece in the sauna & steam room then off to work for breckie. I have porridge with raisins and a drop of honey. Spot on and keeps you full. You can do porridge with hot water instead of milk (though not sure I'd fancy it myself). I've restricted my drinking and cut out the shite I used to eat and have dropped 9 pounds in four weeks so far.
Good effort mate.

On the contrary. Probably about a waggon load after about 4 hours.

Diabetic and high cholestrol so it has to be porridge for me.
Healthiest way is just with water - and you do get used to it quickly.
Sometimes add a bit of milk, and sometimes some canderel or splenda if i want a sugar type of fix, but i've been off sugar so long now that i don't really need it.
its no fat too so excellent for you in every way.
and any left overs can be used to hang wall paper.

still have the odd cooked breakfast as a treat if i'm on my jollies though.

There's no black pudding or sausage on that. No wonder the poor chap looks anorexic.
