Who is the Best All-Around Player England Has Ever Produced?

I don't like saying this but have to give the lad his due. He may not be the best most versatile but he should be in the conversation.
 
It has to be Geoff Hurst. Won you the World Cup. Replaced the ultimate striker Jimmy Greaves and did what he was supposed to do…..score goals. He didn’t need to be an all around player but just a striker who scored goals when it mattered.
And yet, he had to be an all round player to be in this competition? Hurst wasn’t any more than Gordon Banks……..
 
errr...well for an all rounder... I hate to say it, but....Alan Ball. He was all over the pitch, could do everything, watch the 66 final again and watch ball, he did get man of the match, but people seem to forget that
