Who Needs shifting ?

I order of there ineptitude the following need to go:
- Nasri
- Tevez
- Sinclair (I don't know why we bought him to be honest).
- Maicon (hasn't impressed me at all).

Players who are going due to reaching the end of their contracts (or want to go):
- Cruz
- Bridge
- Kolo

Players whose age and wage is starting to count against them:
- Lescott
- Barry (Our 2nd best player till QPR (A), Liverpool (H) & Southampton (A) when he stank the place out - a sign of things to come?)

Players whose injury records are appalling who we have to think long and hard about keeping:
- Richards
- Rodwell

Players who simply haven't played to last years standards, who, if they fail to buck up should also possibly join their colleges on their way out:
- YaYa
- Aguero
- Silva

Players the we don't want to get shot off but probably will:
Dzeko - Which is very sad because if given service from the flanks (or if we could be bothered counter attacking quickly) would be far and away the league's top scorer.

Tactically:
1. We need to DRAMATICALLY improve the speed of our counter attack play next season.
2. We need AM's who can play out wide to give us width when required.
3. More longer range shots.

I find it staggering you have listed Yaya, Aguero and Silva in there but decided Garcia is worth keeping.

I did say POSSIBLY. They say form is temporary and class is permanent. I disagree - your only as good as your last season. Anyone who thinks YaYa, Silva and Aguero have had a good season really needs to remove the sky-blue tinted specs.
Aguero - probablly as a result of the marital break up. So perhaps he should be given more slack.
Silva - possibly as a result of injury (two this season) not since Christmas though. He was doing well then after Stoke he had three poor games.
YaYa? Goodness knows. I know I'm sick to death of him trotting back to help out the defence when the opposition counter attack and opposition players sprint past him to get up in support of their attack.

They certainly need folks as good as they can be in the team to give them the jolt they need.

Tevez and Nasri need replacing, if the €35mil reports are true, we should definitely go for it. The wage reduction would be ridiculous

Everyone needs a season or two to fit in a new system and league. Yaya didn't exactly click straight away and now he's one of our most important players. Garcia needs to be given time.

Lescott could still command a decent price and be replaced with some young talent. I'd love to see Papadopolous from Schalke. He's an absolute tank and would work fantastically alongside a composed ball-playing CB such as Nasty. He shouldn't be that expensive considering how cheap the Bundesliga lets their best players go for.

Maicon and Kolarov could easily be swapped for Digne and Abate, especially considering Milan's financial problems. Richards could then be remoulded into a CB.

Barry, I'd like to see him see out his contract. He might be declining but I think his experience is vital for bedding in Rodwell and Garcia.

And obviously, Santa Cruz, Bridge and Kolo need to go.

id honestly get rid of

dzeko
tevez
nasri
garcia
kolarov
sinclair
maicon (the definition of a luxury player if ever there was one)
lescott (not because i dont like him, just think mancini's lost faith)

try and draft in :-

cavani
jovetic
benat
sanchez
sahko

I said the other day, it's cheaper for SM to buy new club than to fulfill wishes of some Blues :)

Some City players are subconsciously stll back on May 13, 2012 and have been unable to move on. Others feel subconsciously that they have fulfilled their career goals and haven't recaptured last season's attitude or form. Standards haven't slipped far, but efar enough to make the difference. I don't know who they are, but Mancini does and he will move these players on in the summer to pay, and wake way, for their replacements.

I tell you who needs shifting..how about the BlueAnorak for stating :-

Players whose injury records are appalling who we have to think long and hard about keeping:

Players who simply haven't played to last years standards, who, if they fail to buck up should also possibly join their colleges on their way out:

Jog on fella.....
