Given the pressure of FFP I'd say it'll be a juggling act because we want the best but the competition to buy top players is immense.

CB is priority, I think Benatia would be a great signing and probably cheaper than Mangala who is unproven at the top level IMO

If Fernando's buyout clause is £12-15 million which is what I read then that still represents good value and we should make that deal happen

Looks like Dzeko is going, we should try to pull put out all the stops and get Cavani, he would be perfect for us and a massive upgrade on Dzeko IMO.

Left Back - No point in buying unless it represents an upgrade on what we have, we need a combo of Clichys defensive capabilities and pace combined with Kolarov's sweet left foot!! Who's available who will improve us? .... I don't see that many options....

An old fashioned flying left winger would also be a great addition to the squad as well.

Looks like Sagna maybe be coming as a replacement for Micah ..

I dunno how the numbers will be looking for our home grown quota with Richards, Lescott and possibly Rodwell leaving :-/

We should definitely have a few more options open at centre half now that Barca are under a registration ban.

Going to repeat myself for the umpteeth time; crucial transfer window this given such a long season and a World Cup. Whilst Clichy and Kolorov both have positive attributes I feel we need a better left back if one becomes available at the right price. Not a desperate need but a position we could do with strengthening. Time to be quite critical with what we have. Right back cover... Richards just isn't ever fit and when he is he isn't playing well. Time to consider bringing in an adequate replacement for Zabaleta who will have had an incredibly long season. Someone promoted from the academy or a cheaper experienced pro elsewhere but we need cover. Centre back is a given. I must say I haven't seen enough of Mangala or Benatia to provide a suggestion for this position. Keep Demichelis and Nastasic and bring in a first choice centre back to partner Kompany. Central midfield, again not seen much of Fernando since our January interest but if the price is around what we assume it to be then I think he will be a good acquisition. Schneiderlin is proven in the league and an alternative. If Rodwell manages to stay fit then we will have enough in midfield but as that is unlikely we will need two new players. Zuchulini?

Would say those and a few promotions from the youth team will be enough. I think Lopes can step up and do a job and will link well with our other players when he gets used to playing in the league and increases his self confidence. I would try to keep Dzeko - not many third choice players will score over 20 goals a season. Depends on Aguero's injury situation. Jovetic too. We have plenty of goals in our side but if we were down to Dzeko, Silva, Nasri with Negredo, Aguero, Yaya injured you do wonder whether we have enough goals in us. That Hazard type player is still something we lack... a wide player who looks to score.
