Its a no brainer - sign Jan Vertonghen to play with Vinnie - Dedryck is a liability and has a lot to learn.

Jan has pace to burn too. He is he missing piece that would win us the title for sure and potentially Champions League. Considering United are in decline with ageing centre backs, its a chance to be the number one Manchester club. Tighten things at the back and it will ease the pressure on the forwards if we hit a barren spell!

Why wouldn't they - we stuffed them without his services - and they need to finance their ground - so Levy would be foolish enough to reject a 40 million bid, would he? Levy, is a hard nosed business man - he recognises a good deal when he sees one.
