Who's going to Lech Poznan? Squeaky Bum Time!!!

liverpool to kralow £21 on the 3rd long train journey to poznan about £10
gdansk to leeds £18 another train £10
meeting mates at campenile who got in early & got berlin flights

£87 the lot , there where plenty of cheapish flights to lodz krakow gdansk still
available on ryanair ,wroklaw poznan more expensive

Trains - if website is accurate trains are well cheap but well slow

*just checked ryanair they are doing 10/15% discount on some routes

Expedia have a special deal on accomodation at Hotel Orbis Polonez (I`m not saying it`s any good standard wise), but £60 for 2 nights for 2 people is cheap as chips.

I remember Groclin and we flew into Poznan. Lovely town with many bars. But they bused us over in convoy with police escorts through a lot of little villages where the locals gawped as us in terror/amazement.

Looking at this they must have thought they were in for some.

Only trouble I remember was back at the airport with Anelka and Distin bricking it as they were herded past us in a separate glass tunnel. Fecking wankers that night.

I remember that re the convoys, yeah.

Anyone on the flight back to M'cr the next day when it kicked off on the plane ?

I'm sure all of You will be satisfied with visit to Poznań, belive me Groclin is notning compared witu us ;) ( They don't exist even already ) Our Stadium is almost done, Match against MC will be the third match after opening on September 20. So the stadium will be full of one hundred percent. ( about 42-43k )

Best connection from Wrocław to Poznań is by train, so if I was You I would take train ;)

Hmm we have a few, Warka - our sponsor, Zywiec , Tyskie .... Lech - but we don't drunk this beer ... long story ( at short: They can, they should but they don't want to sponsored us , so we don't drink Lech ) & many more polish beers like Okocim, Tatra.

I don't know if I understand You ... what would a pint cost? Yoy mean 100ml of vodka ? :] ... Prize .... like most of You write here ... cheap as chips !

This was the news I was looking for. Tickets should be easy to come by then. Good news.

I'm flying into Gdansk, and out of Wroclaw, so I'll see plenty of the Polish train service. Think I'll try a pint of Okocim rather than a pint of vodka though.

as a previous poster has mentioned you can book campanile for £29 /night with decent enough reviews which is 2.5 mile from centre and i read somewhere that it was handy for stadium as well.£60/£70/nt will get you 5 star treatment
