Who's the greatest ?

Has to be King Colin as he was at his peak when that Rag bastard scythed him down.People say David Silva but IMO they are/were two completely different types of players.Colin certainly didn`t have Merlins skill in beating a man with the drop of a shoulder, but he too could thread a ball through a needle.David is certainly my second favourite but thats just my thoughts.
Two wonderful players that go down in City folklore and we have been so lucky to have seen them wearing the famous sky blue shirts.

Vincent for me. Model professional and without his leadership, then I am not sure we would have achieved what we have. Having said that, Andy Morrison is my favourite from yesteryear, so maybe I have a thing for big powerful CB's ;-)

I think we've done this one now but seeing the mention of Dave Ewing set me off on another angle. How about City players with the biggest drive and love for the club (even if only for a few years) - not necessarily the best players?
Here's a few starters:
Zaba (of course), Mike Doyle, Andy Morrison, Mike Summerbee, Ian Brightwell.

What a brilliant question. Winning isn't everything but how can you but a feeler gauge between Dickov/Sergio for Importance. or Bell/Silva/ for natural ability. Corrigan/Hart for keeping us in games....list goes on.

Vinnie..........Different side with him at the Helm.

Very, very difficult to call. The game's changed so much. So have the pitches. Of those I've seen, Bell and Silva in their prime are standouts. Interestingly, I seem to remember reading somewhere recently (perhaps in programme notes?) that Buzzer considered Merlin the best he'd seen in a City shirt. And he's very, very loyal to that side he played in.

Silva is the best footballer but Yaya gets the nod for me because of the sheer influence he has had.

Silva.

Though watching videos of Franny Lee has made me appreciate how good he was and if he had modern training methods how good he could have been.
