Why are we always so poor against Klopp’s Liverpool?

Saw a stat that United have conceded only 7 goals in their last 8 games at Anfield (4 of those matches were against Klopp). We conceded 7 in the last two.

The first step is to accept that Liverpool are a better side than us at Anfield, and give them the respect they deserve. Look at the first goal we conceded. Against a super fast team, our defenders are at the halfway line. Sane losing the ball just outside their penalty box shouldn't cause us concerns defensively.

If the linesman done his job it wouldn't of been an issue?

Irrespective of linesman doing their job, our defenders shouldn't be setting up for a foot race with Salah,Mane and Firminho right from the halfway line.

But, most of those years they had a better team than us. We have a better team than Liverpool for the last 7 seasons. So, it's a different case now.

Well apparently not, as we still get beat there every year.

Every team has a bogey and anfield is ours, add to the facts they haven't lost a home european game for an age and yesterday isn't a suprise, the fact we gifted them the opener (and didn't get the offside decission) and that we failed to convert our possesion in the second half into away goals is dissapointing tbough.

You ever noticed that if we win the toss we choose to allow them to shoot towards the Kop first?

Don’t think that’s ever a god thing for me.
Traditionally they prefer to attack the Kop end in the 2nd half, that's why we changed ends.

On topic I think Klopp gets into Pep's head far more than Mourinho has ever done and that is reflected in Klopp's record against Pep's teams. Gundogan on the right totally unbalanced the shape of the team compared to the Everton match, it was crying out for an unchanged team after that performance.

Forgetting when Liverpool had a much stronger team than us, we simply don't match up well with them at Annfield and haven't done since the takeover, if you look at Spurs(a team with a similar record over that time to Liverpool we ironically have a much stronger record away to them and worse at home to them).

This is not just a Liverpool issue. We generally don't do well when teams have a go against us. We have no leaders on the pitch which leads to us losing our shit at the slightest provocation.
