He wanted to leave because he couldn't get a game even when Cancelo was shite, and then Pep was chasing a £60m LB.

He was pushed out, and the day he moved to Arsenal said it was an incredibly sad day to leave City and one he never wanted to come.

Funny how players get better by their absence - he was a decent wall to pass off for the better players, he had no pace so could only play against the teams that didn't have a pacey right winger and it wasn't very often he'd beat a man and get a cross in.
