Does this mean that we might get Isco too?

Isco & Cavani, apparently: <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/edinson-cavani-isco-manchester-city-1886929" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... ty-1886929</a>

If true, thank you Messrs Begiristain and Soriano.

We could do alot worse, hes getting rave reviews especially for his man management and tactical nous.

Interesting quotes by Van Horseface:

Ruud van Nistelrooy said: “Pellegrini is one of the best coaches I worked under. He’s a big strategist but nothing like Mancini.

“He’s always in conversation with his squad, offering plenty of chances to young players.

“That characterises his quality work and he’ll be good value in the Premier League.”

Fingers crossed we get him.

Fingers crossed we don't.

It'd be very surprising to see the top 2 sides in the country both appoint managers that haven't won a trophy in any major league.

I have a feeling Dzeko would prosper under him.

Because tactically his tactics are tactically astute.

Or words to that effect, it's what I keep reading anyway.

They are. I can attest to that. What concerns me is the level of fight in his teams. We'll see though.

Hes a fantastic manager and deserves to manage a club with title aspirations.
I will be more than happy with him.,
