I've been reading an Inter forum for a while, and they say the same thing about Mancini. It's the generally accepted opinions on him from Inter fans.
Funny thing is, when he won the league they were all happy for him and proud that an Italian who managed Inter had won the PL. There are no hard feelings, they just didn't think he was a good enough manager.
