Can't see a anyone giving 20mil for Jovetic, never mind an Italian club especially when you consider the peanuts we got for players such as Tevez, Robinho and Balotelli
So how much did we get for those 3 players, Seeing you know being it was peanuts?
Well we didn't get the going rate did we?
About 10m for Tevez was it? I'd say that is peanuts

No matter the status of the striker I hope gone are the days when a striker with at least one title to his name will be sold off for peanuts no matter the baggage.
Juventus must have been laughing when we sold Tevez for what we did.
Should have asked for and received at least twice what they paid for him.
We will end up getting Bony for between 25 mill and 30 mill with an add on.
25 mill for Negredo is fair enough.

According to Ian Cheesman, on last weeks Blue Tuesday, provided no players are sold, the FFP regs will come back to bite us on the arse again if we spend more than £17m in this current transfer window.
I know their are rumours about Nasty & Sinclair moving, but with all due respect, there's no way that both of their transfer fees combined will net us enough to complete the Bony deal so I guess it is certain to be a current first team squad member that departs.
of those rumoured to be on their way out I Cant see Dzeko or Jovetic leaving as we would be back to sqare one in terms of having only 3 front line strikers to pick from. (Besides, I suspect, any club enquiring about Steven would site his injury record and want him on the cheap)
If it were up to me I would much rather we offloaded Navas to raise the rest of the money, however, with his omission from the starting line up at Everton yesterday, a contract with City currently (not on offer?) unsigned and a bid from the candle dippers, supposedly, pending I suspect that Jimmy will be the player that's shipped out.
Sadly, somone who's true value to this club will only be fully realised (particularly by those at management & board level) once he's been allowed to go.

Swansea city and manchester city have agreed on the transfer of Wilfried Bony, who is still negotiating over a 4 year contract. A €35 million amount is involved with the transfer of the former Vitesse striker.
Bony is going to be the fourth star stiker in the selection of manager Manual Pellegrini, after Stevan Jovertic, Sergio Agüero and Edin Dzeko. Because of injuries to these players, Pellegrini asked the board for an additional striker. City gave in to these demands with the signing of Bony.
The 26 year old striker is currently on his second season at Swansea, which signed him for €13 million from Vitesse. In his first year in Wales Bony scored 17 goals. This season his goal count is currently at 9 goals in the premier league. Vitesse can expect a windfall of a few million dollar because of this transfer.
