We should help derby out by letting them borrow or younger players like suarez lopes etc etc i would love to see derby in premier league clough used to play for us as well so i think hell likely to go to liverpool or city and i know a lot about hughes as i go to derby games myself and yes hes young but hell develop

Ball control
Useful if you want to try barca tatics

Weakness

Too weak no muscle strength
Dosent shoot when the crowd tell him
Can make mistakes

Ive seen derby this season as i go to watch them and when there at home there good away there poor they lack a 20 goal goalscorer and the defence i would say a new left back is needed if you get 10 millon they still will be uptight with spending budgets all derby need is to improve away performances and players to score more goals to improve goal difference then i think derby could be in play offs but well see how second half goes
 
It is certainly worth the gamble if we do sign him and can loan him back until the end of the season. The great thing is that he has started out at Championship level which has helped with his development.

If those are the only weaknesses of his you can think of, then we should sign him up asap.

I have the same weaknesses, but mainly when drunk.
