I think when we're relying on newcastle to beat liverpool at anfield then it's as good as over. I said it was over after our draw vs sunderland but chelsea's loss to them straight away has given me hope. I'm certain liveprool will drop points but not sure if they'll drop enough. My concern at the moment is that we're not playing well enough and palace will put us out of it this weekend. If we win there then we'll still have a chance IMO regardless of the liverpool/chelsea result as palace can cause liverpool problems just as they can with us
For that last bit to happen we have to win our next two games to put pressure on Liverpool. If they are going into that palace game knowing a defeat or even draw would not be good enough for them, the pressure will be intense.
I can see this being the problem though. Without Silva I cant see us beating both palace and Everton away and I fear that Liverpool will be playing palace to win the league. Completely different kettle of fish.
