We'd have had twenty or thirty corners today had the Law on timewasting stipulated a corner if a goalkeeper wastes time taking a goal kick. There isn't a goalkeeper who comes to The Etihad who doesn't take the piss knowing that the ref will do nowt. We're getting less than an hour of ball in play time week in week out. It might work out that, no matter what the Law might make mandatory, the whistling wankers give goalies the benefit of their incompetence, who knows!
