We stuffed their first team. What would we do to a side composed mainly of their youngsters?

We beat whos first team? That wasn't Wolves first team, new keeper, only one of the usual back four this season, and only one of the usual starting midfielders as well.

He was referring to the Rags

I can see that now,its quite clear actually. Whoops.

fuck me that interviewer was determined to get a story out of johnson not playing in the derby - wanker, 11 goals in 4 days and thats all he can ask about

It's embarrassing. Did they even check the stats? AJ has started 4 of our 5 games in October - no player has started 5.

Re: Sky's next anti City campaign

As I just said in another thread, AJ started 4 of our 5 games in October - no player has started 5.

It is so bizarre that we always play shite for at least the first twenty five minutes of any match we play, no matter which first XI we play.

I thought Razak played well, not sure how he'd fare against a tougher midfield though.

Mind you he is only 18? so he shows a lot of promise I can see him being a regular in our midfield in 3-4 years.

Suarez Is another Silva, some of his passing was sublime.

Razak could yet become the new Essien - same mobility and physique - but his passing lets him down a bit too often.
For now, until he's settled and feels fully part of the first team set-up, I'd like to see him concentrate on the simple things. Head up, knock the ball on and be the link man. Aside from that he does look a genuine prospect.

Scapuzzi looks a good un too. Excellent movement. Talking of which...Suarez....you just know straight away sometimes dont you. It just oozes from the lad.

Another solid display by Savic. Has done nothing but impress me from the get-go.

There is a bit of concern about Pantilimon's distribution. He seems far happier with the long kick down field rather than building from the back. Makes you realise watching him just how good Joe's quick decision-making is in this regard.

Aside from that though its very very very exciting times.

I actually half-hope we get paired with a real toughy in the quarters - Liverpool maybe - so we can stretch the kids and see what they're made of at this juncture.
Got a feeling that if we make the semis Bobby will go for experience.

Usually teams get boring for scoring too few goals, but City is getting boring scoring 4 or more every game and ending the games too quickly. City is ridiculously good this season.

Re: Sky's next anti City campaign

They've been on this right from the beginning. We'll play whoever we want to play so fuck off.
