I think Taylor's comments today are very good, he's gutted to have lost Keira, but looking forward to seeing the new team.

They have invested a lot of money in this ‘product’. As a TV licence payer I will complain as much as I like about it. You don’t need to read my posts.

The BBC and SKY have ploughed £24m (2021 for 3 years) into a WSL that has been dominated by Chelsea. Three other clubs may mount a challenge. Very little evidence of any improvement by any of the rest so far. Two unbelievably one-sided matches in the 2022/23 season with neither the Arsenal or the Rags keeper having to make a meaningful save.
The gulf in quality is huge and with so many one-sided matches does not look like a product worth investing in. Won’t stop them bigging the WSL up to the max.
Anything less than a 4:0 victory for City tomorrow must be considered as a failure. Over to you Gareth Taylor……..
