There was very little football played against Panama. It was two pens, two set pieces, a deflection and a long distance goal. The possession football was none-existent.
So you're waiting for them to walk it into the net before you give them any credit?
One of the penalties was won with an inch perfect pass.
One of the set pieces involved a clever move that had been rehearsed on the training ground.
The 'long distance goal' involved a neat exchange of passes and a great strike.
The deflected goal came at the end of 25 uninterrupted passes.
If you don't think any football was played to create those chances you must have been watching a different game to me.
