I'm going to follow BELGIUM or SPAIN thereafter.

I'd save up and go but my idea of a good time is not to spend 5 grand on a grossly overpriced flight to stay in a grossly overpriced hovel of a hotel (because FIFA officials have taken all the good ones) to be robbed in the street by the local villains and harassed and treated like a fucking animal by the local Policia after drinking warm camel piss in a bottle marked cerveza and paying £10 a bottle for the privilege.
