enough is enough already, there's just too many people who are apathetic or have the "I'm alright Jack" mentality.

Everyone looks out for themselves these days.

So what its been the same for years. What are you going to do start a revolt??

nothing, when the time's right I'll probably emigrate, If you guys want to be apathetic and get bummed continuously that's your problem.

I was discussing this with a few of my mates today, after hearing about road privatisation, and potentially charging us for using certain roads, in addition to road tax.

Taking into account how much we are taxed etc already, the price of fuel, utility bills, having to sort your own pensions because the state can't afford to keep you when you retire etc.

Christ, the french were rioting over an extension to the retirement age of 2 years (i think).

Cameron & gordon brown admitted over 4 years ago, that for every £3 brought in, there is £4 going out, which is surely only getting worse.

Will us working people ever finally say enough is enough, or just keep getting kicked on the bollocks, and never do anything about it?

just interested to get other peoples thoughts?

nope our back bone has been broken,this and any government can do what they like and we will accept it and in a week or so it will be forgotten...

As others have said we're a fairly compliant bunch of folk. I can think of only 2 things that the country could do that would have been on the streets fighting, the first is an forceful overthrow of our monarchy the second is if someone outlawed tea (or city for that matter) other than that I shall express my dissatisfaction with the world in the hallowed halls of off topic and if the government were to ever read this forum they will know just how close they came to being overthrown.
