We always say that working in IT would be great if it wasn't for the customers. City obviously make that part of their job spec when they're recruiting.

I’m in the cup schemes but mine and my sons tickets were never processed for some reason and no money taken. Spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to sort it out yesterday but the guy I spoke to didn’t have a clue what I was talking about and I ended up with 2 x general admission tickets to download instead of our season tickets updating digitally. Had some spare time this morning so went down to the ticket office to sort it out and turns out somehow the club think I work for them so I have complimentary tickets x 2 for the first 3 domestic cup games. Very strange but not gonna argue with them! Wish I’d pushed it now and asked for a refund of my season tickets and Chelsea away!

This is what I was talking about to my Dad. There appears to be no good reason for this change. There was nothing whatsoever wrong with the old system. It's the emporer's new clothes...change for change's sake.

Supporter services are total shite and they wouldn’t be so consistently and persistently bloody awful if whoever manages them had ever had any actual respect for the support.

I was a regular from 1972 through to 2018 despite wind, weather, results, ability to pay for a seat and still eat that day etc. and what finally made me put my passion aside and break my chosen habit of a lifetime was the clowns in supporter services.
I’ll always follow City but I’ll never go to another game or buy any more merchandise from them because they really don’t deserve the financial support of those they don’t give a shit about.
 
My Dad has sacked it off tonight. Can't get through on the phones and the ticketing system isn't working. Can't believe we're still having issues at the end of September! The first game was in August!
 
I have got the Burnley hone game in my wallet. In my account I have two tickets for the ladies match on the 3rd October, they are not in my wallet.

How the hell do I gain access to the Academy stadium for the ladies match?

I went Friday afternoon to the ticket office as had changed cards and the girl did it to update the cup schemes. No queue and took a minute. Worth going down if you can on a quiet day.
