I think I would prefer Kimmich to Bellingham, honestlly. He's older, sure, but man, he's a rock. Seems to fit more with how we play than Bellingham.

He could play anywhere. Double pivot, DLP with 2 attacking mids, RB, on the right in our 3241 as he creates so many chances/is a controller. He’d be perfect (if they’d actually sell him).

I think Pedro Goncalves could be a great option has the versatility of Silva - been excellent in Portugal for a few years now. Xavi Simons is another very interesting option such a young player but has a very bright future and Pep could mould him into an even better player.

I love the Goncalves idea too! Xavi Simons is very raw but I’d much prefer him to a Maddison, really do not get the Maddison links at all. Mates a Leicester fan and watch him a lot even when he was at Cov, he’s good, but is he good?
