Zab or Micah?

Absolutely depends on who the opposition is.

For me if were playing a team that are difficult to break down then I want to see Micah bombing down the right and causing problems with his power and strength.

I would play Zab in more of the CL games especially away from home where we need to be disciplined (last night for example).

Neither is better than the other, just a case of them being slightly different players and both offering different attributes which can be utilised properly against different opposition.

I agree for the most part but I think there are situations were Richards would be a good choice in CL. When we play teams like Munich, Barca etc.. who are going to have the lionshare of the ball we need that pace on the counter. We saw in the first half vs Munich the lack of pace really hurt us. When Navas & Yaya came in we were much more effective. Having Richards and Navas on the right will give teams a real handfull, not unlike Madrid with Ronaldo & Marcelo(to a lesser extent obviously).

Zabba by a mile.
But Micah has a lot to offer in Pellegrini's rotational system.
They are both capable of overlapping down the wing, both pretty strong defensively.
Zabba gets my vote because he's a warrior who plays on despite his injuries whereas Micah goes down far too quickly and seems injury prone.

For me last season Zaba was undoubtably our best player. However after watching the pre season games so far Micah has been excellent.
Watching last nights game it was obvious that Zaba still isin't match fit yet.
So if we kicking off the season tomorrow then it would definitely Micah ahead of Zaba.

am hoping MP will coach micah to a higher level, Zab is the real deal already, so start with Micah and when he inevitably gets injured we have a perfect replacement.
