He's not finished his legs have just gone. The rest of his game is still there but the problem is the Prem is getting faster and faster and nearly all the teams now have fast as fuck players who are leaving him behind in their dust. He probably could easily have another 3-4 years left in a slower league.

Zab is a club legend, he looks in his mid thirties but he is only 31. He has not had his best season but he has recovered from a serious injury. There are rumours he will be sold this summer. He is an intelligent player with total commitment and industry. Pep has successfully converted full backs to midfielders in the past. Couldn't he do a job as a defensive midfielder if he doesn't want him as a main fullback? I feel Zab is more than a ordinary player at our club, he must be a great influence on the younger players, he is the spirit of the club. He has the personality to inspire the team and fans. He will make a great coach/manager/club ambassador when he retires. Personally I feel it would be an incredibly sad day if he is sold against his wishes.
