That game will be his fifth reffing them in the PL this season. Last season he did two so you could say it was an unusual number.

Absolutely, like you say we can only speculate but I'd love to know what instruction he got in his ear and who it came from on the Luiz/Aguero incident.

Only had us once, which was the 1-0 defeat at Anfield. Had Arsenal twice, at Burnley & West Ham, and they won both games.

Wasn't the burnley game if I remember, something happened near the end of the game was it a dodgy pen or similar in favour of Arsenal ?

Does anyone know whether or not the conversations between the officials are recorded? If they are, can clubs request to hear the tapes to hear how decisions are arrived at. My guess is they aren't recorded and even if they were clubs wouldn't be allowed to hear them.
