5 Live just slipped in their 7.30 report that he was jeered off the field by 'some' of the home fans?!! Not from what I heard and saw, I thought it was pretty much everyone stood to clap him off. Good luck to him for a speedy recovery and f*ck off the BBC (again!)

I agree. From where I was sat (near the makeshift tunnel) everyone stood and applauded.

problem with flapping like that is it comes on top of a pretty poor season from him. that apart I think he did ok. what did impress me was for long periods he was a spectator, especially the second half, but when called upon for any reason he was ready. very good concentration for me. I was actually gutted went he went off as the whole team were doing ok and of all the places you don't want disruption is the keeper. looks like willy will finish the season off and I can't deny that i'm pleased about that but what I saw last night gives me as least a little hope if bravo sticks around next season. not sure he will mind.

ps. the save he made to correct his flap was what we are looking for, very good save.

ignore them, the BBC no longer have any creditability. they like others chase clicks and suck rag cock.

What a load of bollocks, he got a standing ovation. I thought he was having a very good game last night, maybe he wanted to go out on a high? ;)

Nothing against him but hope we don't see him again. Awful goal keeper and the one save he did make came from another fuck up.

Can someone pop around to @Bill's to check if he's ok.

lol. I'm fine I promise.

I always post as I see things. last night (which is why we are posting today) he was fine, the flap was 100% down to otta for not giving the lad a shout. if the injury is a 2 week job I'd wait till we secure top 4 then put him back in. I haven't seen enough to trust him just yet but at least something to give us hope. I still think he's unhappy in our country though so may head back anyway.

That's an impressively fair review Bill.

I think he's quite happy here though, unless you've got some better info than the interview he did a few weeks ago.

100% mate. I agree with your assessment, I suspect he may be on his way regardless.

Was glad to hear clapping when he went off, was a little worried to how our fans would react. Fortunately correctly.

Be interesting to see what happens with him for next season.

"A stretcher for a calf strain... please. Oh come on. He'd not done anything for 20, 25 minutes, he'd not been involved and then he's leaped with his left leg for that catch from the last corner." said Neville, laughing.

"I'm not quite sure why there's a stretcher on. It's a calf strain. Am I missing something? You don't need a stretcher on for a calf strain. Please. He kicked the ball forward after that."

He was a twat all night with his snide digs. And, for what it's worth, he didn't kick the ball, he threw it.

Yeah I'm surprised they didn't cheer the bunch of bellends! It fucks me off at home and away games when they cheer when he saves a ball! If I were him I'd purposely let goals in just out of fucking spite, so fair play to him for remaining professional!
