Not sure bud but i know their current net debt is 487m so i can't see them paying that off anytime soon. When are they due to pay off their debt? The Glazers are going to really rake it in when that happens.
Always assuming, of course, that there's a "special exemption" for G14 clubs when and if they bring in the next FFP version whereby there can only be a 100m net spend per season. So if the Saudis are taking over with 4 billion I recon it will take another billion to get near City. Just cos they are coming in with money it doesn’t mean it’s going to change the comedy side of their football operation. The guy who ordered the hit in the Saudi embassy couldn’t run a piss up in a brewery by the looks of how that’s been botched.
If a player has a poor game he'll be invited to pay a visit to the Saudi embassy
Rat boy thinks Lukaku, Sanchez and Martial can score 65 goals between them this season.
The delusion is real
I think there may be legs in the Saudi offer. A lot of it adds up..
You could look at it another way:
Glazers own shopping malls. Internet kills shopping malls. They might have reason to sell Utd now. Man Utd in decline. If they don't sell now, then their asset will lose value.
The Saudi article looks like it's entirely speculative but this might be the right time to sell Utd. If they are about to appoint a new coach, then they are 2-3 seasons away from challenging and will need to spend another £500m
Exactly. Same old cliches being trotted out.Ron atkinson style.i had to throw his name in to make the utd connection..I don’t agree that Yaya was lazy. He might have given that impression, but no one reaches the level that he did through laziness.
I thought that too...Bailly looks like he's trying hard to suppress a smirk.
My personal favorate from the Caf this weekend was the thread suggesting that Peg may actually be the third best Manager in their history.
