1) My post was clearly tongue-in-cheek you humourless fucker.
2) I said "to sum up". Would be a bit of a shit summing up if it just repeated what you'd said word for word.
3) If I had a pound for every Liverpool fan that "lost interest" in football in the 90s and 50p for every United fan who'd "lost interest" in football since the GPC retired then I'd be typing this from the Seychelles instead of Broadheath.
Surely your 1/ is wrong. Thought they were supposed to be ‘chirpy, chappie comedians?

You signed something like 20 players one summer in that period didn't you?
Shankly arrived end of 59 and got rid of 24 players by various means but they had a big squad 40. Signing 20 in one summer, seems a lot to me. But as you are asking me, 20 seems a precise number and we all have the internet so I will assume you already know the answer.

It wasn't you were basically saying I stopped going when we stopped winning which I did not. I just stopped, it happens, get over it. I did. My last match was 86 F A Cup Final v Everton. Been the odd game if a friend cannot go and no-one else wants his ticket, but I just watch the TV.

Do you miss those great nights under the lights, the stirring renditions of YNWA and the camaraderie of the coach greetings?

We went about 7 years without a trophy mid 60's to early 70's. But it was different we would all sign maybe a player or two at the end of the season, you could pay to get in at the gate, it was different. Nowadays it is more of a business model, hard to explain if say you are thirties or younger but that's how I see things.
Course you could, half the ground was empty. Like with those glorious European nights under the floodlights in the 80’s when 13,000 were in attendance.

Hasn’t been to watch his own club for 33 years.

Spends every waking hour on a different club’s fan’s forum.

Massive.

To be honest it was something i'd read on here and i haven't checked it is exact i'd no doubt to disbelieve it either.

I've noticed this thread has been getting a bit derailed of late with a few digs at chester57. Just a reminder that opposition fans are welcome on here as long as they're being respectful, and the same courtesy should be afforded to them. If you think someone is wumming then report it to the mods, but let's keep it civil in here. Play the ball, not the man, and all that. Cheers.

Not sure how you do that when the man is a hypocrite and a wum?

So, the coach greeting is back on again.

Just like before, I hope it piles even more pressure and expectation on to the Liverpool players. Because sitting on that coach and seeing all those Liverpool fans demanding the title, must be frightening. Obviously Liverpool fans think otherwise.

As for City. Keep on playing each game as it comes, keep everything low key, and get the job done of retaining the title.

Spurs have devised a cunning counter action to the coach greeting.

They are letting Lloris drive it after drinking 3 bottles of red.

I couldn't cope with the victimisation if lloris or even the official coach driver did run some of the feral twunts over, it would be 20 years of self pity and nothing to do with them attacking the bus as that was just scouse humour.

I've not read all chester's posts but the ones I have read don't seem too bad at all so I'm not sure why he's getting so much stick. While opposition fans should be aware of their surroundings when posting on rival fan forums, I don't expect them to blow endless streams of smoke up our arses and they do have a right to defend themselves and their club in a constructive way.

Bit old school here Ric .I always took the ball and the man
As regards to Chester57...he seems very well protected by the mods
Shame our coach wasn't protected by the Scouse old bill

Him and a few of the other liverpool fans on this forum are only here to WUM, if they win the title their posts at that time will be clear for all to see why they joined a rival teams forum, nothing to do with chatting about football, as many other teams fans on this forum do.

The only decent liverpool poster I have seen on here is called LFCinpeace or something similar.

All should stick up for their own team, but imo that is not the reason most of their fans are on here, it is too gloat If they win the title, pathetic really.

Most of them only joined this season, like you say though, best to report any posts accordingly if they are wumming.
