He is better than other players like Richarlison or David Neres. He could be playing in Europe already but Gremio are asking too much money and refused to sell him two times in the last windows.

If he goes to some club like Chelsea, United or Tottenham they probably will like him. But if he goes to City i dont think so, because fans will compare him to superior wingers like Sterling and Sane, like they do with Mahrez. He is really a greay finisher though and many of his goals are very beautiful.

Always good to get an objective opinion thanks, so how would you compare him to Felix from Benfica price and ability wise because we will buy an attacker this summer and every time i watch this lad he puts in the graft

I watched Joao Felix only few times. He did not play so well but showed great individual quality, if it make any sense. By what i saw i dont think he(Felix) can play as winger at high level so i can't compare them. Maybe i'm wrong and Pep can turn him into a wc winger. I believe he can learn to be a top false 9 though.
If City will sign Felix to be a replacement for Aguero in the future i think is good. If City will sell Sane and buy him the team will be weaker imo.

I'm not criticizing you, pal. Merely stating having fewer national team appearances than fingers isn't a guarantee. Steffen has more than most people have fingers and wouldn't qualify.

G. Jesus is younger than Everton Soares. He was younger when he moved to play in England. Likely, he was considered an exceptional talent. Everton labouring in the Brazilian league without being signed, unlike most good Brazilian players could work against him.

All that being said, since you know so much you've likely considered all of that very thoughtfully.

GJ is not considered a better player than Everton. Its just harder to find good CFs than wingers.
 
weren't we linked with him quite a while ago

not really seen much of him at all other than the obligatory youtube videos that made gorgeous Georgie Samaras look like a world beater!

Everton used to miss a lot of goals like Sterling in the past. You can see it in all his videos. He improved since 2017 and is an excellent finisher now. I dont know about youtube compilations but he play well every game in the local leaague or south american competitions in the last two years and everybody in Brazil wanted him in the nt. He is not in the level of real wc wingers like Sterling, Hazard, etc, though.

I dont know why european clubs signed players like Neres, Richarlison, Felipe Anderson, Willian, and not Everton. Maybe its due to analysis of overall stats. In general i dont pay too much attention in stats but its relevant for scouts.

Those players were cheap, just like Watford snapped up Joao Pedro. Everton already has a 50M clause tagged on him but now that’s starting to look like a bargain even though Gremio are struggling this season and could use his run of form.

True; i'm comparing him to those players because as i said he is not a City level footballer imo, but he is better than those other guys and Everton payed a lot for Richarlison, for example.
