This is why I avoid transfer rumours. I get myself interested in a player someone claims were buying then it turns out it's bullshit. And no one ever gets held to account for it. They still keep their job and they print any old bullshit and still get paid for it. Does my head in.
 
Interestingly, journalist in Brazil reported back in December that Everton will join City after Copa America. Maybe something in this?

Not sure it’s fair that someone loses their job for talking shit and getting your hopes up mate.
