This just shows the blatant disregard people have. “I know, let’s get a coach up and go to Blackpool on the piss”. There is no thought in that decision for anyone else, only themselves. It’s stupid behaviour and this is why we have these problems littered around Towns and Cities.
 
I’m sick of it. My mental health is in a terrible state. My income has fallen, debts increased and I have struggled to keep my head above water over the past 7 months.

I can’t see what good more of a lockdown will do. What, we just do that every couple of months with no real progress? Millions of people losing their jobs, hundreds of thousands losing their lives to other health problems and suicide due to current restrictions, lack of access to NHS services, etc.

My brother has a bad infection that the hospital say he needs anti-biotics for this morning - his GP surgery can’t speak to him about it until mid November?? Joke.

I don’t have the biggest circle of friends and family, but I know of three people that have taken their own lives in the past 6 months.

Sort out the damn test and trace system. I can’t live like this for the next few years or the rest of my life.

Politically, Labour appalling and Hancock + Johnson deserve prison.

in all fairness it was all over the news when Manchester was put under these rules..... even the 12 hours trafford escaped before going back was national news.

Yes to be honest the request from Wales to restrict travel in and out of very high risk areas is reasonable.
 
I get the distinct feeling that the delay in moving us from tier 2 to tier 3 is more about financials than any health concerns.

We have been under what is effectively tier 2 for the last 2 months and the virus has continued to grow.

We should be on Tier 3, in fact we should have been on it already.

On that point, he should talk to the Hospital to either get them to talk to his GP or he should ask the hospital to supply them.

Maybe even the local chemist maybe able to do something. Even 111 maybe able to sort out something.

Really hope Burnham will be able to justify ecomonics over health in the coming weeks if Miseryside infections drop whilst GM continue to rise.

Even in Tier 3 it’s hardly that hard hitting. Still go to a pub and have a couple of hours drinking whilst eating. Restaurants and pubs serving food will be rammed in Liverpool this weekend. How is that going to slow things down?

Incidentally the original estimates for IFR by the Imperial modelling team was 0.6% which they estimated would translate into an IFR 0f 1% in the UK due to our age structure , this looks pretty much in line with that.
 
And how the fuck is level 3 the highest level?

If you are putting a system in place then look at the whole picture, at level 3 I can still go to work, I can go to a restraunt, I can still go shopping at none essential stores, Schools are still open, fuck me I can still play golf!!!!!!!!

And yet at Level 3 we are at the highest risk, there should have been level 4 and 5 at least, and the final level should have been been a full shut down.

All that will happen is they will have to introduce new levels further down the line and look like it was an afterthought and once again show the incompetence they have shown for the last 6 months.
