The most worrying thing is, he's starting to do things I never thought Pep would do - persist with players/systems that have proven not to work.
We used to have these frustrations with Mancini/Pellegrini, but never thought that would happen under someone as good as Pep.
It's painfully obvious that our current problems stem from the Gundogan/Rodri pairing in midfield and the continuing use of Mahrez in the team.
Where has the ruthlessness gone? The initial dropping of Aguero in his first season and the benching of Sane in his 3rd season - Both tough, potentially costly, decisions - but he made them and they proved to be correct as the results showed.
How he can sit there having watched how bad we were in the first half against Porto, watched how shit Mahrez was and then watched how much better we were after Foden and Torres came on - and then decide to start again with the same fucking team against West Ham is beyond me.
