No he's not, other managers wouldn't carry on playing the Rodri/Gundogan pairing when it's obvious it doesn't work. He needs to show some bollocks and play just one of them in the holding position, and don't tell me that Gundogan is good at getting forward because he's not.

It's hard to predict! Let's be honest, we are not playing well. So many players below par and have been for some time. The form we are in began last season, not this! A draw is not good enough, 2 on the trot against mediocre and poor opposition! Only a win will do but I worry where the goals will come!

It is his job to score that is why , same people who it killed raz scoring 30 last season are now back, it feels personal

Find it amazing that Brazil’s striker can do it for Brazil but not likkle citeh, dare I mention Jo (personally thought he was shite but went on to great things with Brazil too)
If Jesus is any good playing wide then I’d test that out again, I like him he cares and gives 100%, which is more than I can say for our English prima Donna

he is not a striker for brazil ? plays deeper or wide and runs at defenders and beats them ? pep ask him to play the striker role and back to the goal and pass the ball back ? he does not understand it and is always looking for the ball in midfield and it means city don't have anybody in the box

aguero and jesus together could work so well as a 2 and then have sterling and kdb and foden boy that looks so good as a front attacking unit

That was my point too, needs to play in his natural position, get fed up with half our team apparently having to compromise their careers to accommodate others or cover up for injuries and in some cases crap recruitment,

We look clueless going forward these days, zero confidence and no creativity, can't see us getting 3 points here and we're falling further and further behind. Can't see beyond a finish outside the top six, we're bobbins this season.

I like your style but sadly there will be none of that. It will be the usual suspects plus I expect stones on the bench as he’s playing too well to get in...so probably Ederson, Walker, Dias, Laporte, mendy, rodri, gundog, KDB, mahrez, sterling and Jesus (or poss aguero). I’m ever the optimist so saying 2-0 to us, but fear the worst.

If he doesn't you can see the anguish setting into his face.
Give him his dues, him looking pissed off about not scoring is a good thing, and he does obey Pep by working his nuts off to press.

Responded earlier to another BM colleague. Half the team never are allowed to play and establish themselves in their natural positions, Jesus suffers big style, so does Foden, we all have digs at Zinchenko and he’s a midfielder almost forgot this. Some don’t even know this. God knows what Sterling’s natural position is, bet he doesn’t anymore and the classic of all and biggest crime of all is fukin KDBs career. End output for this approach is a foregone conclusion, and we have proved this last season, and it’s getting worse as each game passes.
