Some people need to refresh their memories a little. CAS found that we had NOT broken any regulations at all and that UEFA had NO evidence at all that we had. If the PL had any evidence they would have presented it to CAS - they did not. "A mate, informed by someone he knows well" doesn't seem to rank with Der Spiegel as world wide sensation.
 
You can be sure that we have taken extra special care not to infringe. Of course mistakes can be made but i expect all our finances are double checked by outside lawyers and accountants.
Racists and red teams will never give up, but we will defeat them again and again.
 
I am sure if your mate's heard something then the Whats App crew will be eager to get it out there well before the end of the season.

Perhaps Spurs should be involved, as well as another well known team for having large revenue streams and still asking for public money to furlough staff.
That is, of course, if they are serious about investigating dodgy owners and their appalling mismanagement.
 
If I didn’t know better I’d think we were 14 points clear in the league or something.

Rest assured, the chaps who run City will have learned their lessons in 2014 and there is zero chance, less than zero, that we have committed a single infringement to be worried about. Zero.Let rival fans get giddy. The glee when we were charged last year was off the scale. One of my best friends nearly messed his pants last February. The devastation in July when we were completely exonerated was something to behold. Truly beautiful.

I’d have full faith in the club IF there are any investigations. No need to stress.
 
So 2 separate leaks, one from inside the club..... I'm sorry but I'm calling bullshit. If it was the case only a very very small number of people would be privy to the info and I doubt someone in this circle is telling their friends to circulate on WhatsApp. Also, the 2 "mates" most likely got it from the same root source. If it is true, I fully expect city to destroy the PL in any proceedings. Also, the PL are going to have to tread very carefully with the new European proposals on the horizon - city are now a powerful ally and dangerous enemy.

If they try and pin something on City and fail, it will look very much like a desperate attempt to steal the CL spot and hopefully out them as corrupt puppets to the cartel, scrambling for control. I wonder if there would be precedent for legal action if the case is flimsy. If that's the way it goes, it's bordering on harassment or whatever the word is in business.

It might not be FFP related, so I hope the club hasn't put a foot wrong(Ake, Dias or Torres transfers?) to give them some "loophole".

The standard smear campaign and 'investigation' is a sure sign we could win the lot. A lot of salty tears since the result against the saints - I think both sets of red shite had convinced themselves 'its on' and we'd implode (like them) after losing the derby.
Either that or it means haaland and messi are coming.

I just expect this kind of thing whenever the transfer window is coming up.
God forbid we try to sign a player that one of the cartel are after.
