They'll be clinching their arses. They're fan owned (50+1 model) and so they wouldn't get support to join, they get to take the moral high ground and hope it doesn't come to fruition for fear they'll be seriously left behind.

It might not matter how full the stadiums are. It's the television audience where the money is and it will be flogged to the highest bidder and shown all over the world.

We've had a full season of fake crowd noise already. And fake VAR. Next will be fake holographic fans. (Consumers). Virtual reality. Fake football.
 
The sums of money being banded about are mind blowing and our owner is a business man at the end of the day BUT he (the club) had such a chance to just sit on the fence not commit to joining it and avoid this whole shitshow.

He is already a man that is wealthy beyond I presume his wildest dreams, as a man of integrity imagine the kudos he and by proxy the club could have got by distancing ourselves from this.

Fuck the Super League
