You mean 7 times European Champions AC Milan and three times European Champions Inter - Get in the bin you fucking weirdo
Why not have Preston and fucking Forrest as well then.

Milan, Inter and Spurs are shite and do not deserve a place amongst the top 12 in Europe as we speak.

That's because you want to believe it.

City have known for months what they have been battling against.

Ask yourself who has benefited the most from this last 48 hours, who has been removed from positions of power?

We are owned by people who do political strategy for a day job, do you think they aren't prepared to take a bloody nose to achieve their objectives?

We signed up to the rules of FFP, even though we didn't agree with them.

We took a pinch and decided to pay the fine to play the long game.

We did back deals with Platini and Infantino.

Cerefin has been an ally of City for a good length of time.

If you don't believe City aren't capable of doing some very deep shit, then I can't persuade otherwise.
always thought it was strange bedfellows with the very people who despise us.

i am becoming more convinced there is another longer game at play here, as you allude to

Tbh I was close. The future was going to be city playing by the new rules of the history clubs in a crappy franchise, pep leaving at the end of his contract and city becoming a slave to the history clubs. The timing for me was right to fuck football off. I don't want another few decades of lfc/utd dominance.

Hopefully we don't

I believe it runs much deeper than we will ever find out.

City have killed those clubs that went after us.

We were acquitted at CAS.

Cerefin has been able to clean house and get rid of all the lobbying clubs, cementing Uefa power even more.

United, Liverpool, Arsenal, resigned from their executive positions.

I don't do coincidences.
Isnt the danger that Bayern and PSG have now replaced the redshirts in UEFA’s key positions and they are no fans of us either? Unless City get a seat at the table, have we just replaced one cabal of enemies with another?

I’m rather hoping there is a fine, for pulling out, in the documents we supposedly signed. A rather big one. I’m just hoping that rather than finding its way into Perez’s bank, that it’s shared amongst the rest of the teams in each of the domestic leagues effected.
I've heard mention a fine of €100M for any club withdrawing. That wouldn't surprise me as it would have to be punitive to be a deterrent. Since the Super League is a body made up of its founding members, then they would presumably be the ultimate beneficiaries but probably only if the Super League were dissolved. The fewer founding members the bigger the individual payout. So taken to its logical if somewhat absurd conclusion, if Real Madrid were last man standing they would benefit by over a billion.

I know this is far-fetched but it's sufficiently crooked to fit this money grabbibg scenario. It would however make a plot for a novel.

I think that might be why Real and Barca will be the last 2 standing - La Liga won’t kick them out - they’re more vital to their league than any of the others.

I imagine they think if we stay strong we’ll be in for £500m each. Then the battle is how do they get back into UEFA competition.

In the meantime though, debts are settled and they’re out of hot water financially, albeit with a dimmer prospect on the European stage.

We've given the ugly press bullets, how long will it be before we are named as the problem....

Why did we sign up, what a balls up. We'd be the pride of English football now.

We will be blamed.

This was just a sly sports hack this morning spouting drivel

If you think we would ever have been the pride of English football amongst fans and journalists generally in this country then you're fooling yourself. Even if we hadn't signed up I feel sure some of it would have been twisted to be our fault. The good old boys at Liverpool forced down the ESL path to keep up with dirty oil money. Surely you understand that by now?
