Gonna be nerve-racking on Tuesday evening but I honestly believe we have the confidence to get the job done, that 2nd half display was the tonic required

That decision has already passed them by, three of the semi finalists signed up and both semi finals have been allowed to go ahead, to change if afterwards would be a legal minefield no one would be interested in, including UEFA.

PSG v City brief second half highlights
This isn’t done and dusted yet. PSG are more than capable of winning 2 - 0 at our ground. Even though we played well second half last night, both our goals had some good fortune to them. I still think we need a world class striker. Anyway, let’s hope we finish the job. C‘mon City!

The second half last night was one of the best and most controlled performances I can remember.
We played without an inferiority complex and played with genuine belief. Our players pushed higher and were more aggressive with and without the ball.
Pushing high enabled us to restrict PSG because even if they did win the ball, it was seventy yards from our goal, it was much better than the first half where we kept possession without a purpose.
I thought second half the likes of Mahrez, Rodri and Kev all stepped up, the spaces and distances between the midfield were smaller and we were able to set better pressing traps.
Zinchenko deserves massive praise. His ability to shift the ball inside quickly was massive, he can play higher up on the left and his ability on the ball meant unlike when Cancelo was in possession, it wasn't coming back inside all the time.

Massive performance last night
It felt amazing because we just played our game, no dicking about with weird teams or anything like that. 1st half I think we was too passive, a bit too cautious but in the 2nd half we steamrollered them. Went from 1st gear to 3rd or 4th after half time, really beautiful to watch.

I have an admission. If the opposition scored against manyoo in Europe, I always cheered. Barca schooling them in the final was just great.

You’re not a highly paid football pundit, this **** willl have been saying on air to that he wants the English teams to do well, i cheer when opposition score against rag or scouse vermin, this **** needs bringing down a peg or two.
