Yep same issue although i don't understand why my new credit card details aren't logged!!!! They were input for Porto.Has anyone else had problems adding a debit or credit card to their account so they can join the cup schemes? Just won't accept my new credit card details.

There will be 20/25k on auto renewal, I think they will notice if it doesn't work.My 19/20 didn’t renew automatically as they claimed I had paid the last payment via debit card. I hadn’t and it was a right faff getting them to sort it out. With the refunds/credits they issued as well it wouldn't surprise me if the system couldn't handle it
I never trusted the fucking cloud, it was bound to cause a major problem at some point.On the BBC website they are saying there are loads of websites down (incl gov.uk) due to Fastly being down. If you click on Fastly.com you get a Guru Mediation error - so this might suggest there's a bigger issue here if Fastly underpins the payment or seat planner systems.
Just had a message pop up on my phone saying many of the world's biggest websites are down including Reddit and Amazon UK so maybe has something to do with some of the issues people are having?
Or more likely the City website is just its usual waste of time...

Yes, just got all the way through to paying and it errored. Now when I go back in it saying payment is still being processed but doesn’t allow me to do anything. Stuck in limbo now? Twice this has happened so may end up with 2 direct debits at this rate. Has anyone deferred their season card for next season and if so, how did they manage it. I’m renewing but a mate is thinking of deferringThat's the same information they published a few days ago. Nothing new.
While I've been critical of people wanting details before the time the club said they would be announced, everything should have been ready at 10am. There's no excuse for everything not to be up there now.
