There will be other irons in the fire and it wouldn't surprise me to see a player not thought of as very top tier signing for us.
Nobody is paying close to 150m for Kane. Levey knows it, Kane knows it and all interested clubs know it.
I fancy him to still be playing for them by the start of next season and moping about for 12 months.

I think it will get to a point where Kane puts in a transfer request this summer and it will get done albeit late and tiring.

And I don't see Spurs buckling, adding on that our first game is against them and I don't think Levy will want Kane scoring against them. And I doubt we would way beyond that game to get that deal done.
