Seasoncard - 2021/22

Does anyone know if you've relocated but now found a better seat. We had a 3 and a 1 but now a spare has come up next to the 3 can we move again or is it a one time move? Getting an error message online when I try it
 
Well after being on hold for 8 minutes 30 secs I was cut off. The email I was sent by the club re deferment said I could reply directly to the email, except that doesnt work !

I have one question, thats all, come on City.
I am now ringing and on hold again
Well one hour and forty five minutes it took before it was answered. I asked my question, he didnt think so was the answer, oh sod it then I will renew. He wasnt sure I could as I had defered, he sent a note to his manager, I was put on hold and then he came back. Unfortunately there were some issues with my account and he would have to ring me back. I asked him what issues and he said 'In short the computer is doing what it is supposed to'.

Meanwhile in the real world of multi national companies with millions of pounds of turnover and decent software someone rang up a customer helpline, it was answered on the third ring and dealt with in 5 minutes.

Why City why?
 
You make some good points. Can I nominate you to run the ticket office please ;-).

I’d be prepared to use it as a priority booking card but many people wouldn’t and even those who bought into the idea would find themselves at the mercy of our useless supporter services team.

The bottom line is that the club couldn’t really give a fuck if there are empty seats all over the place for Palace or Soton at home, those games won’t feature in corporate promotion videos.
Do you really think the touts who buy up many of those seats would fail to phone up to make priority bookings for the 10 games where they know they can double or triple their money.??
 
an hour and a half if you are lucky, if you are unlucky you get cut off at some point.

It's unfortunate that I need something slightly more complicated than a seat relocation, but I was told to call in the relocation window.

The post I was replying to was suggesting that touts / ticket sites, masquerading as normal season ticket holders, who didn’t book tickets for enough games could have their card rescinded which is a great idea. I was making the point that normal fans in the same boat might not agree with a system that made them jump through hoops that ticket holders in other parts of the ground didn’t have to.
