Competition is goodIf Chelsea do sign him they'll probably be bookies favourites for the title and with Liverpool getting Van Dijk back it could potentially be one of the best title races in years.
Bring it on

If we play to our full potential I can see us winning it again and againChelsea got hazard ahead of us based on them winning the champions league.
Looks like history could be repeating itself.
That loss in Porto could have big implications for us going forward.
*yes I am flapping because if they get Haaland, I'd say they are favourites for the title.
Too right. They look good under Tuchel. I expect the title to be between us and them. Healthy competition.Competition is good

Next season is crucial to Delap's development but he needs to get on the pitch to show what he can do. Would be great to see another youngster successfully integrated into the first team.Have we got our own potential Haaland in Delap perhaps in a few years?
Wearing a shirt as a kid because your Dad played for them is a bit different and regardless, he is a pro footballer, and not all pro footballers are motivated by playing for their boyhood clubs, some and I would say a vast majority, are greedy bastards who will play for anyone if the money is good.

Consider this, Haaland doesn't want to play for Manchester City.the stumbling block is the agent with haaland. the club and pep don't like him or want him in or around the club or having a say on one of city players
Probably as simple as that in all honesty, or at least hasn't shown to be 100% committed which is usually enough for us to walk away.Consider this, Haaland doesn't want to play for Manchester City.
Except we lost 3 games to them last season.Too right. They look good under Tuchel. I expect the title to be between us and them. Healthy competition.
May not even be that, it may be talk of sell on clauses has told us he might like to play for us now but isn't commited to it long term.Probably as simple as that in all honesty, or at least hasn't shown to be 100% committed which is usually enough for us to walk away.

Although we can't really know for sure, I'd be surprised if Haaland didn't want to come to City.Probably as simple as that in all honesty, or at least hasn't shown to be 100% committed which is usually enough for us to walk away.
Yep, it's all guess work and hypotheticals as it stands.Although we can't really know for sure, I'd be surprised if Haaland didn't want to come to City.
I tend to go along with the idea that Pep has requested Kane as his number one choice. Wouldn't be mine but just have to see how things pan out.
