Next season is crucial to Delap's development but he needs to get on the pitch to show what he can do. Would be great to see another youngster successfully integrated into the first team.

Wearing a shirt as a kid because your Dad played for them is a bit different and regardless, he is a pro footballer, and not all pro footballers are motivated by playing for their boyhood clubs, some and I would say a vast majority, are greedy bastards who will play for anyone if the money is good.

yes greed is a factor with most footballers and if you can get another couple of million then you take the best offer its head over your heart for most. would he like to play for city then its a yes. city win things and can go one step better in the champions league with him and win it. so its a club with all the boxes ticked

i see haaland as the best value for money between him and kane. lets be fair both would add goals to the squad.
one is a 5 year project the other 10 year project. so if your adding up the numbers then haaland would be the better option.

its crazy to think city are stalling over a striker ? forget the price for haaland he would bring the club the money back in prize money and titles and champions league glory

May not even be that, it may be talk of sell on clauses has told us he might like to play for us now but isn't commited to it long term.

Nah. My favourite title win was the 98 points when we had to win our last 12 games. The conditions season got boring towards the end.
