Harry Kane

the club and owners are desperate for champions league success ? do i feel they would put the club at risk maybe not
but like i said we have gambled before and got burnt ? only this time its BIG and not £40 to £50million
"but like i said we have gambled before and got burnt ?"

But to his point, here we are, comfortably able to spend 150+ million on a couple players.

you have to be careful the improvements are better than what we have got already ? only kane would be a improvement. grealish was a luxury signing
Disagree that grealish is a luxury signing, honestly think hell be one of the first names on the team sheet at the end of the season. Excellent succession planning from the club with kev and gundo entering there 30s

Have a feeling Kane isn't going anywhere. Spurs will be better under Nuno and I can see him persuading Kane that he and Son can really push Spurs to a higher level.

Higher than the European conference league? The premier league has at least 6/7 teams better than spuds. Boxed in 6-10 place unless they spend big money and get lucky.

This is not slagging anyone but if laporte is good enough he gets himself back in the team! The best players rise to the top. Average players shit themselves and aim for the exit. Let's see who's got the balls
Agree. Laporte is well within his rights to say that he walks into any other starting back line in the world, but you can't help but feel he has something to learn from Stones - whose current glory is based off taking himself away, working hard, and taking every oppurtunity he was given to prove how good he was in the present tense on the pitch.

Absolute zero chance of finishing above city, united, Chelsea, Liverpool and I could name about 5 more they probably won't

This is Kane's last chance to get a move and I don't think it's the first time he's considered it. Nuno might get Spurs playing better but will it happen quickly and more importantly will it persist and will Levy support it with further signings. Possibly, but can Kane trust Levy's promises? It seems not.
